What a homeowner looks for at 4 PM in July

Most shop websites I look at in the Valley bury the phone number, say "call for a quote" and show a stock photo of a man in a headset. People with a dead condenser don't read. They look for three things and leave if they can't find them.

  1. Can someone come today? Hours, response time and the emergency policy, right next to the number.
  2. What will it cost me? A flat diagnostic fee and real price ranges from your own invoices. Shops that publish prices get the call; "call for quote" gets the back button.
  3. Are these real people? Your first name, your trucks, your license number, your actual Google reviews with the count.

What you get

These are screenshots of a demo for a fictional shop. When we talk, I'll build the same thing with your name, prices and service area before you pay anything.

The sample shop in the local-magazine style: serif headline, black-and-white cover photo and the phone number beside it
The top of the page. Problem, place, phone. Hours and the diagnostic fee are visible before anyone scrolls.
Price table from the sample site: diagnostic visit $89, capacitor $165 to $295, tune-up $99
Prices, in a table. Low and high ranges, with plain-English guarantees beside them.
The same sample shop in a lighter, cleaner style with navy and pool blue
Three looks, same content. Warm workshop, clean and light, or local-magazine. You pick.
  • Tap-to-call button that stays on screen on phones
  • Price table, guarantees and financing as a monthly number
  • Your crew, your trucks, your neighborhoods
  • Short quote form that emails you the lead
  • Your Google rating with the real review count
  • ROC license number and hours in the footer

Pricing

One price, written down

The founding price is for my first five Valley shops. In exchange I ask for an honest review and a before-and-after I can show other owners, if you're happy with the result.

  • Live in 48 hours or the build is free. The clock starts when the deposit is in and you've sent the intake (name, prices, photos, logins). If I miss it, you only pay the monthly plan.
  • 30-day refund on the build fee. Not happy within 30 days of launch, tell me and I refund the build fee. You keep the domain either way.
  • No contract on the monthly plan. Cancel any month. Your domain stays yours and I'll hand you a copy of the site files.

How the 48 hours go

  1. Before you payFree demo. I build a version with your name and service area so you can see it on your own phone.
  2. Hour 0Deposit and a 10-minute intake. Prices, hours, license number, 5 to 10 phone photos of your trucks and crew.
  3. Hour 0 to 420-minute call. We fill the gaps. You talk, I write.
  4. Hour 12Preview link. You check it on your phone and send changes. One round is included.
  5. By hour 48Live on your domain. I test every call button and the form on a real phone, then update your Google listing's website link with you.

Who builds it

"I do one thing: websites for Phoenix-area heating and cooling shops. That's why the demo already knows what a capacitor is and why Surprise is a morning slot."

One builder, based in the Valley. You get my cell, not a ticket queue. I don't do SEO packages, ads management or logos, and I'll tell you so if that's what you need.

Straight answers

Do I own the website?

You own the domain from day one, in your name. On the monthly plan I host and maintain the site. If you cancel, you get the site files and can host them anywhere.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

No one can honestly promise that. The site is fast, mobile-first and set up with the local basics (service area, hours, business details) so Google can read it. Rankings mostly come from your Google Business Profile and reviews, and I'll show you what helps there.

I already have a website. Why switch?

Maybe you shouldn't. If yours shows prices, loads fast on a phone and gets calls, keep it. The free demo is the easiest way to compare side by side.

What if I don't have good photos?

Phone photos are better than stock. I'll send a short shot list: the truck in a driveway, a tech at a condenser, the crew in front of the shop. Until then, photo spots are marked as stand-ins, never fake people.

What happens to my email?

Nothing. When we point the domain, I copy your existing email records first so mail keeps working.

Are you available 24/7?

No. I answer texts on weekdays and most evenings. If the site is ever down, I'm alerted automatically and it gets fixed first.
